Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 July 2026
This is a template provided for the Theia interface and is not legal advice. Review and adapt it with qualified counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it.
These terms govern your access to and use of the Theia interface. By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the interface, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.
01The interface
Theia is a non-custodial web interface for creating and participating in token launches on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). The interface helps you build and read transactions; it does not take custody of your funds, execute trades on your behalf, or control the underlying smart contracts. Every action is signed and submitted from your own wallet.
02Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain-based applications. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including tax, securities, sanctions and export-control rules. You must not use the interface where doing so would be unlawful.
03Wallets and transactions
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys and seed phrase. Transactions on a blockchain are typically irreversible once confirmed. We cannot reverse, cancel or recover a transaction, and we never ask for your keys. Network fees and on-chain outcomes are outside our control.
04No financial advice
Nothing on the interface is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Tokens can be highly volatile and may lose all value. Trust Dashboards and analytics are informational tools compiled from on-chain data; verify every critical parameter yourself before you commit. Do your own research.
05Creators and agents
If you create a launch, you represent that your project details, metadata and token parameters are accurate and lawful, and that you have the rights to any content you upload. If you connect an AI agent, you remain responsible for actions taken under grants you authorize, within the on-chain limits you set. You must not use the interface to defraud, manipulate markets, or infringe others’ rights.
06Third-party protocols
The interface reads from and writes to independent smart contracts and third-party services (wallets, RPC providers, liquidity pools, price feeds). We do not operate or guarantee those and are not liable for their behavior, downtime or defects.
07Disclaimers
The interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the interface will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data shown will always be accurate or current.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theia Labs and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, tokens or data, arising from your use of the interface or the underlying networks.
09Changes
We may update these terms and the interface from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
