Privacy Policy

Theia is a non-custodial interface. We do not collect your name, email or account credentials, and we never ask for your private keys. Most of what happens is on a public blockchain, which is inherently transparent and outside our control.

No accounts, no passwords, no seed phrases. Connecting a wallet shares its public address with the interface to read balances and build transactions — it does not give us the ability to move your funds.

Launches, contributions, trades and token metadata you submit are recorded on Robinhood Chain and are visible to anyone. A public wallet address can often be linked to activity over time. This is a property of the blockchain, not a choice we make, and it cannot be undone.

To run the interface we process: (a) your public wallet address and on-chain data we read to render the app; (b) launch metadata and logo images you upload, which are stored so tokens can display them; and (c) standard technical data such as IP address and request logs, used to operate, secure and debug the service.

The interface relies on independent services — your wallet provider, RPC/indexing providers, and hosting infrastructure. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies. We do not sell your data.

We keep client-side storage to essentials needed for the interface to function (e.g. remembering your connected wallet and preferences). Any optional analytics are limited to aggregate, non-identifying usage.

You can disconnect your wallet at any time and stop using the interface. Because on-chain records are public and immutable, we cannot delete or alter transactions or data already written to the blockchain.

We may update this policy as the interface evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the updated policy.
